摘要
在28年生杉木林分内作不同季节伐木和环状剥皮的试验,研究伐桩不同时期萌芽中内源激素动态.杉木伐桩休眠芽萌发与温度有关,温度条件影响激素的合成,制约伐桩萌芽能力;同时,激素的动态平衡也影响伐桩萌芽数量.休眠芽萌发中存在一最适GA/ABA比例,当休眠芽内GA/ABA达到此值时,CTK/IAA值较大,伐桩休眠芽表现出高萌发力.
Harvesting and ring-barking experiments were carried out to study the dynamics of endogenous hormones in sprouting buds of Chinese fir. The result showed that break of bud dormancy and sproutin capacity were attributed directly to the dynamics and dqulilibrium of endogenous hormones in dormant buds,which were regulated by eveionmental factors, mainly atmospheric and soil temperatures. Hing sprouting capacity occured when the optimum ration of GA/ABA combined with a high CTK/IAA ratio approached.
