摘要
研究了4Cr13钢正常淬火、深冷处理以及磁场深冷处理等三种工艺热处理,分析了深冷处理、磁场深冷处理对4Cr13钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:深冷处理以及磁场深冷处理对提高4Cr13钢的塑性和韧性及耐蚀性有着良好的作用。
The paper examines three treatment technologies for steel 4Cr13, they are normal quench, subzero treatment, and subzero treatment in magnetic field, and then analyses the effect of treatment technology on steel texture and capability. As the result shows, the later two treatment technologies play well role to the plasticity, toughness and erosion resistance of steel 4Cr13.
