摘要
聚氯乙烯(PVC)着色产品常受各种因素影响而发生老化,严重制约其在汽车内饰材料领域的应用。通过对PVC光老化机理的理论分析和光稳定剂作用的实验研究,开发出了一种新的PVC内饰材料配方,并对其中颜料的用量、光稳定剂(UV-9,GW-540等)的作用效果及协同效应进行了对比,得出了一种既实用又经济的较理想配方。
The coloring PVC usually inclines to seriously limits its application in the area of auto aging under the influence of many factors, which inner trim materials. By analyzing theoretically the mechanism of aging and an experimental study on the function of light stabilizers a new material is suggested. Through the comparison of different quantity of pigment and the effect and synergism of different light stabilizers (UV-9, GW-540), a useful and economical formula is obtained.
