杜仲夏叶与秋叶浸提物比较研究

A Comparison between the Extracts of the Summer

本文就杜仲夏叶与秋叶的浸提物得率，其浸膏粉中绿原酸及桃叶珊瑚甙的含量进行了比较研究。研究结果表明，杜仲夏叶的浸提物得率明显低于杜仲秋叶，而其浸膏粉中的绿原酸及桃叶珊瑚甙的含量也明显低于杜仲秋叶。

A comparison was made between the summer and autumn leaves of Eucommia ulmoides from the aspects of extraction rate and the contents of chlorogenic acid and aucubin. It was found that the extraction rate of the summer leaves was obviously lower than that of the autumn leaves, so were the contents of chlorogenic acid and aucubin. Collecting the summer leaves for the production of the extract therefore was not recommended
