摘要
介绍了基于Rogowski线圈的电子式电流互感器(ECT)的测试原理,讨论了满足IEC61850-9-1标准要求的一种基于FPGA&DSP的数字输出实现新方案。利用FPGA与DSP相互配合,完成了同步、多路数据接收处理以及以太网通讯的功能。ECT样机的型式试验表明,该系统在-40℃~+40℃的宽温度范围内满足0.2级的准确度指标。
The principle of the electronic current transformer (ECT) based on Rogowski coil is introduced. The digital output requirement satisfied with standard IEC61850-9-1 is described. Considering the characteristics of the interface, a new method based on FPGA&DSP for realizing the interface to transducer is proposed. By using FPGA and DSP together, the ECT synchronously receives and processes the multi-channel data and communicates in Ethemet. The type tests shows that the ECT prototype satisfied with 0.2 class accuracy level within temperature range -40℃ to +40℃.
