摘要
N,N-二甲基羟胺(DMHAN)是一类羟胺二取代衍生物,它能够快速地将Pu(Ⅳ)还原成不易被TBP萃取的Pu(Ⅲ),以实现铀钚分离。所以DMHAN有可能作为无盐还原剂应用在核电站乏燃料后处理流程,从而对后处理流程作出重大的改进。本文分别使用N,N-二甲基乙胺、N,N-二甲基异丙胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺3种叔胺为原料,得到相应的氧化叔胺。中间产物不必分离纯化,直接热解,“一锅法”合成了N,N-二甲基羟胺。3种叔胺中,以N,N-二甲基环己胺为原料的方法总产率最高,达到83%。
N, N-Dimethylhydroxylamine (DMHAN) is a derivative of hydroxylamine whose two H atoms are both substituted by two methyl groups. Because it is an efficient reductant for Pu (Ⅳ), so it has been warmly expected to be used as a Pu scrubing extraction reagent in the reprocessing process of the spent nuclear fuel. In the present work, DMHAN was synthesized through pyrolysis of tea-amine oxide with "one pot reaction". Based on the comparison of the feasibility of the starting reactants、and the yield of the DMHAN, an economical but efficient synthesis route has been established like this: (1)tea-amine oxide was prepared with oxidation of N, N-dimethylcyclohexamine by hydrogen peroxide. (2)pyrolysis of the tert-amine oxide produces DMHAN. Through this synthesis route, DMHAN was produced in high yield and high purity economically.
