摘要 对羟基苯甲酸与正丁醇在对甲苯磺酸催化下,微波幅射法合成对羟基苯甲酸丁酯。优化的反应条件为n对羟基苯甲酸∶n正丁醇∶n对甲苯磺酸=1∶2∶0.1,微波辐射功率500W,辐射时间30min,产率为97%。 Butyl p-hydroxy benzoate was synthesized by the reaction of p-hydroxy benzoic acid with butyl alcohol in the presence of p-methyl benzene sulfonic acid under microwave irradiation and the influencing factors of reaction were investigated. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: the molar ratio of p-hydroxy benzoic acid to butanol was 1:2, microwave irradiation power was 500W and the reaction time was 30min, the yield of butyl p-hydroxy benzoate was 97%.
