摘要
研究采用红外热成像法对粘钢加固结构粘贴质量进行测试的技术,结果表明,红外热成像法能直观检测出钢板粘贴缺陷且结果可靠;与敲击法和目测法相比,红外热成像法对位置高、距离远的钢板粘贴质量的检测更方便、有效。
The research focuses on applying infrared thermography to test the bonding quality of strengthened structure with externally bonded steel plates. Self-reserved thermal and exterior cooling methods are respectively used to produce the test temperature distribution,and analyze the procedures of heat conduction under each of the two circumstances.The influence of internal defects of the reinforced concrete structure of externally bonded steel plates on the exterior temperature of the steel plate is researched. The results show that infrared thermography can directly examine the defects in bonded steel plates reliably. In contrast to "tap" test and visual inspection,infrared thermography is more convenient and effective for testing the bonding quality of steel plates at high and far locations.
