滋肾清肝汤治疗消渴病32例

Observation on Kidney-Replenishing and Liver-Clearing Decoction in Treating 32 cases of Diabetes

目的观察滋肾清肝汤治疗消渴病的疗效。方法共观察病例62例,其中治疗组32例,服用滋肾清肝汤;对照组30例,服用六味地黄丸;于服药8周后测空腹血糖(FPG)、葡萄糖耐量实验(OGTT)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)以及中医症候的前后变化。结果滋肾清肝汤可降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白,改善中医症候,且疗效优于对照组。结论肝肾同治治疗消渴病有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect ,of Kidney- Replenishing and Liver- Clearing Decoction in Treating Diabetes. Method We examined 62 eases in all which was subdivided into treatment group of 32 eases treated with Kidney - Replenishing and Liver - Clearing Decoction; and control group of 30 cases treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill. After 8 weeks, the condition of FPG, OGTT, HbAlc on an empty stomach and changes of syndrome were detected. Result Kidney - Replenishing and Liver- Clearing Decoction can lower FPG, HbAlc, and improve the syndromes, which is better than the control group. Conclusion Treating liver and kidney at the same time has a better effect in treatment of diabetes.
