归肾逍遥通经汤加减治疗月经过少108例

Treatment with Modified Guishen-Xiaoyao Meridian-regulating Decoction on 108 Cases of Scanty Menstruation

目的探讨月经过少的发病原因、机理、治则、治法,观察归肾逍遥汤加减治疗月经过少的效果。方法用归肾逍遥通经汤随证加减治疗。结果有效率为90.82%。结论脾肾两虚,肝郁气滞是月经量少的主要发病机理,健脾益肾、疏肝养血是治疗月经量过少的一种常用、有效的方法。

Objective To discuss the cause, mechanism, principle of treatment and therapeutic method of scanty menstruation, and to observe the therapeutic effcct of medified Guishen - Xiaoyao Meridian - regulating Decoction on scanty menstruation. Method The patients were treated with modified Guishen - Xiaoyao Meridian - regulating Decoction. Result The therapeutic effect is 90.28%. Condusion Asthenia of kidney and spleen and qi stagnation due to liver depression are the main pathological mechanism of scanty menstruation, therefore strengthening spleen and replenishing kidney together with soothing liver to nurish blood is a effective method in the treatment of scanty menstruation.
