摘要
面临着不断扩招的本科大军,面对着不断增多的应届毕业生,企业也不断抬高自身的门槛。本文试图通过调查企业对于如今应届毕业生素质能力的要求,来探寻大学生的个人职业化道路。
With the enrollment expansion of universities and colleges, there are more and more undergraduates who are graduating and facing employment. Enterprises have more and more high expectations for graduates, requesting their professional idea and working experience. This paper attempts to investigate enterprises＇ requirements for graduates＇ quality abilities and to seek all approaches of university students＇ personal professional development.
