A Brief Analysis on the Whole Effects of Idedogical work on Chinese University Students

大学生思想政治工作是一项复杂的系统工程。根据系统论要求,要充分发挥其整体效应,必须抓好教育机制、管理机制、协调机制建设;从实现高校培养“四有”人才的目标出发,实现思想政治教育系列化、管理工作规范化、教育功能立体化。

Academic research into ideological work on undergraduate students is a compicated task. According to the systernatised postulations, we should design an education system, management system and regulating system, Only in this way can we bring the effects into play. Meanwhile we should set forth the aim of educating a new generation of people with highreaching ideals, moral integrity, good education and a strong sense of discipline to complete the serialization of idelolgical work and standarization of regulation.
