With reform and open policy, the private enterprises in China has developed rapidly, and has become an important Power to advance economic increase and an important prop of national economy. But the difficulty of financing the private enterprises is extremely prominent. It is a bottleneck which restricts the survival and development of private enterprisees. This article is to analyze the reasons that cause the difficulity of financing of the private enterprises, and to probe into some methods to solve this kind of difficulty, interding to offer some practical suggestions .
