KDF树脂对于污水厂出水氨氮的吸附试验研究

Study on adsorption of KDF resin for ammonia nitrogen in sewage effluents

针对某污水厂在冬季出水氨氮浓度超标的实际情况,采用KDF树脂对污水厂出水氨氮进行了吸附实验研究,得出树脂对水中氨氮的吸附规律,同时对树脂过滤水头随时间的变化规律和树脂的再生情况进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:KDF树脂可以有效去除水中氨氮,过滤水头稳定易于再生。

As the ammonia nitrogen in effluents of a sewage treatment plant exceeds the rational standard in winter, KDF resin was used to adsorb the ammonia nitrogen and some rules of adsorption were presented in this paper. The variation of filtration head loss with time and the regeneration of KDF resin were studied by experiment, It is concluded that KDF resin can remove the ammonia nitrogen in water efficiently, and in the adsorption process it has steady filtration loss head and can be easily regenerated.
