摘要
MB5原子吸收分光光度计具有光源一体化装置、多通道光学系统,适合微量样品的原子化系统、程序固定化设计、操作人性化设计、无需样品前处理等诸多优点。本文采用MB5测定仪对90个人血中Cu、Zn、Ca、Mg、Fe5元素进行检测,并与人血中这五元素含量的参考值进行对比。
MB5 atomic absorption spectropbotometer has both possess one lamp-house, which can emission different wavelength spectrum at the same time. The multi-channel optical system really made multi-elemental atomic measurements into realization. The programs settled design, omitting sample disposals, and user-friendly software all ensure operators to obtain reliable measurement results. According to determination of Cu, Zn, Ca, Mg and Fe, five elements in 90 people blood samples by MBS, the article makes comparison with referenced numbers of five dements content in people blood.
