康复期劳教戒毒人员人格特征分析

SURVEY ON THE PERSONALITY CHARACTER OF DRUG ABUSERS UNDER REHABILITATION THROUGH LABOR

目的分析康复期的劳教戒毒人员的人格特征,探讨不同性别和初次吸毒年龄不同者的心理状况,为该人群的心理康复提供依据。方法运用自编的《个人情况登记表》和《艾森克个性问卷》对100例康复期的强制戒断的海洛因依赖者及当地100例正常人进行测评并对比,同时对男女海洛因依赖者测评结果进行对比,对初次吸毒年龄的评分进行相关分析。结果康复期劳教戒毒人员的P分和E分与对照组有极显著差异(P<0.001);女性吸毒者的N分显著高于男性(P<0.01);初次吸毒年龄与P分呈负相关(P<0.001),初吸年龄愈低其心理状况愈差。结论康复期的劳教戒毒人员,特别是女性和低年龄者存在严重的人格缺陷,必须予与重视;我国戒毒工作有待提高。

Objective：To investigate the personality character of drug abusers under rehabilitation through labor, and to study the psychology recovery feasibility scheme. Methods： A self- designed questionnaire and EPQ were used to evaluate 100 drug abusers in treatment and 100 healthy persons as control, and the results of the two groups were compared. The data were also compared between men and women,initial users and relapsed users. Results：The mean scores of P and E in drug abusers were higher than those in the healthy group（P 〈0. 001 ） ;the mean scores of E of the female were higher than those of male＇s（P 〈0. 01 ） ;the age of initial drug use was negatively correlated with P scores（P 〈0. 001 ） ,that was the younger drug users had more psychological problems. Conclusion： Drug abusers, especially female users and those who started using drugs at younger age, under rehabilitation through labor have serious personality problems, which calls attention at treatment. Treatment efficacy needs to be improved.
