HPLC法测定柔肤愈裂搓贴中大黄素的含量

Determination of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in Roufuyuliecuotie by HPLC

目的建立柔肤愈裂搓贴中大黄素的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱:C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(60∶40∶l);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长437nm;进样量:5μL;柱温:室温。结果大黄素在0.014～0.14μg范围内具有良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.32%,RSD为1.47%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于柔肤愈裂搓贴中大黄素的含量测定及质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in Roufuyuliecuotie. Methods The sample was extracted with methyl and the chromatographic condition was as follows ： C18 chromatographic column （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm）, a mobile phase of acetonitrile-waterglacial acetic acid （60 ： 40 ： 1）, the detection wavelength at 437 nm and the flow rate at 1.0 mL/min, Results A linearity of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in Roufuyuliecuotie was obtained at range of 0.014-0.14μg, r=0.9996 （n=6）. The average recovery was 98% and RSD=1.47% （n=6）. Conclusion This method is easy, sensitive and accurate for the determination of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in Roufuyuliecuotie.
