空肠弯曲菌分型方法研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 空肠弯曲菌是重要的人类肠道致病菌。随着近年分子生物学及相关技术迅猛发展使基于其基础上的各种空肠弯曲菌分型方法不断推陈出新,并因其分辨力、分型率、敏感性高于传统检测方法而越来越受到人们的重视。本文综述了空肠弯曲菌的传统检测方法及基因分型方法(RFLP分型、PFGE分型、AFLP分型、RAPD分型、MLST分型)的研究进展。
