摘要
本文从包辛格效应和使用理论入手,对振动过程中动态参数变化的原因进行了分析.结果表明:在共振峰左侧的m点处,工作固有频率下降,激振频率越来越接近固有频率,功率下降,振幅上升,可用最少能耗消除较多残余应力;同时振动过程平稳,对激振器无损害.因此选m点作为亚共振点.根据动态参数变化与残余动应力下降之间的对应规律,总结出了两种快速判断振动时效效果的方法.
Beginning with Bauschinger Effect and the dislocation theory,this article has analysed the cause of dynamic parameter change in the course of vibration. The results show that vibrational ageing can be used to eliminate workpieces' residual stress and that the best frequency of excited vibration is the sub-resonance point which is on the left side of resonance peak. According to the dynamic parameter change law, two methods have been summed up to judge the effect of using vibrational ageing to eliminate vibratory stress.
