^(11)C-蛋氨酸PET-CT在脑胶质瘤中的应用

摘要 PET-CT将PET和CT有机结合,实现了优势互补,可更全面地检出病灶,诊断更准确;11C-蛋氨酸(11C-MET)是一种能被胶质瘤摄取的氨基酸,其在正常脑组织的摄取明显低于脱氧葡萄糖(FDG),可更好地显示胶质瘤。以11C-MET作为示踪剂的PET-CT在对胶质瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断、预后评价及治疗效果评价等方面优于CT、MRI和18F-FDG PET-CT。 PET-CT imaging is the co-registered images of CT and PET in the same machine, it not only includes the advantages of CT, but includes the advantages of PET, it is more accurate in detecting the tumors, 11^C-methionine(11^ C-MET) is an amino-acid which can be inspect by glioma, and it is inspect less than FDG in normal brain tissue, so it can reveal glioma more cleat. PET-CT with 11^C- MET is better than CT,MR/and PET with 18^ F-FDG in diagnosing, prognosing, and detecting curative effect of glioma.
