摘要
以P123为模板水热合成制备了Co2(OH)2CO3前驱体,200℃热处理后得到了具有层状结构的Co3O4。循环伏安、恒流放电等电化学测试表明,200℃所得Co3O4电极在6mol·L-1KOH溶液中和-0.1~0.5V(vsAg/AgCl)电位范围内,具有较好的循环稳定性能,单电极比电容达到505F·g-1。
A layered Co3O4 was obtained by thermal decomposition of Co2(OH)2CO3 precursor prepared via a hydrothermal process. The structure and morphology were examined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Electrochemical properties of Co3O4 electrode were preformed by cyclic voltammogram and to 0 and galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements in 6 mol·L^-1 KOH electrolyte with the potential range from -0.1 .5 V (vs Ag/AgCI). The results demonstrated that the layered Co304 obtained at 200℃ had a good stability cyclic performance. Its specific capacitance as single electrode was up to 505 F·g^-1.
