肿瘤免疫治疗的新策略——肿瘤肽疫苗 被引量：6

摘要 肿瘤抗原诱导杀伤性T细胞(CTL)抗瘤免疫效应的第一步,是抗原在胞浆内被降解成短肽,与MHE Ⅰ类分子结合,共同表达于细胞表面,为T细胞所识别。与MHC Ⅰ类分子结合的短肽(抗原肽)需符合特定的MHC Ⅰ类限制性基模。人工合成与特定MHC Ⅰ类基模匹配的肿瘤抗原肽,作为肽疫苗用于肿瘤免疫治疗是一新的肿瘤治疗策略。本文综述了该领域初期研究结果及存在的一些问题。
