鱼油饮食对肥胖模型大鼠胰岛素敏感性的影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨鱼油饮食对高脂诱导肥胖模型大鼠胰岛索敏感性的影响及其与血清瘦素、TNF-α,IL-6水平变化的关系。[方法]高脂诱导肥胖模型大鼠,按体重分为两组:高脂组和鱼油组,分别饲以相应饲料,共4周,检测各项指标。[结果]与对照组相比,高脂组血清瘦素、IL-6、I/G比值显著增高,I/G比值与血清瘦素、IL-6密切相关,血清 TNF-α无增高;鱼油饮食显著降低血清IL-6水平,一定程度上降低了血糖(15%,P=0.067),但血清瘦素、胰岛素、TNF-α、 I/G比值无显著降低,I/G比值与瘦素仍然有显著的相关关系。[结论]肥胖大鼠血清瘦素、IL-6水平增高,可能参与了肥胖相关胰岛素抵抗;鱼油饮食能显著降低模型大鼠血清IL-6水平,但未能降低血清瘦素水平,高瘦素血症仍然存在可能是鱼油组大鼠胰岛素抵抗未得到显著改善的重要原因之一。 [.Objective] To study the effects of fish oil diet on serum leptin,TNF-α.IL-6 and their relationships to insulin resistance in hlgh-fat diet induced obese rats. [Methods] After fed with high-fat diet for 8 weeks,the rats' weight (30g)were more heavier than those of controls' established as obese rats and continued to feed with different foods for another 4 weeks. Blood samples were drawed by heart puncture and parameters were measured. [.Results] As compared with controls,the obese rats had higher serum leptin,IL-6 and I/G indexes,but the levels of TNF-α were not different between two groups;Serum leptin and IL-6,but not TNF-α were closely related to I/G indexes evaluating insulin resistance. Fish oil diet greatly reduced serum IL-6,but did not significantly decrease serum leptin, TNF-α and I/G indexes. I/G indexes were still related to serum leptin. [Conclusions] obese rats may contribute to insulin resistance. The main insulin resistance maintenance.
