介绍了数据链的概念及其关键技术,重点探讨其在气象视频监控领域的发展与应用,分析了应用中可能出现的问题并提出了建议,展望了数据链在民用通信领域的应用前景与发展趋势。
This paper first introduces the conception and key techniques of data-link, and then focuses on discussing its development and application in video surveillance of weather, and still, analysis and suggestion on application are proposed. At the conclusion part of this paper, the future and trend of the application of data-link are described.
