A fluorometrie method was used for the dissolution test of bumetanide tablets.It was tested at 264 um and 420 um in phosphate buffer (pH 7. 8). The linear range was0.05-2. 0 ug/ml and the average recovery was 100. 03% (RSD = 1. 03%, n = 20 ).
