基于系统效能的大型机电工程项目质量索赔定量研究

Study on Ascertaining the Amount of the Quality Claims about Large-scale Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Based on the System Efficiency

摘要 针对大型机电工程项目实施过程中,业主方如何对系统进行全面、客观的质量评估问题,在综合考虑系统可靠性、可用性等影响业主收益的各种因素的基础上,应用系统综合的方法,提出了业主方进行质量评估的系统效能的概念,建立了能在工程进行的任何阶段对工程系统质量情况进行评价的基于系统效能的定量分析模型,并在此基础上得到了工程系统质量索赔模型和进行索赔定量分析的计算步骤. Aiming at the problems of the questious about the quality evaluation in large Large-scale Mechanical and Electrical Engineering system, on base of considering all factors such as system dependability and system usability of the engineering system, and using the methods of system synthesis, the engineering system efficiency which used by the owner was defined in this paper. On the basis of the owner's system efficiency, the quantitative analysis model that used in evaluating the engineering system quality in any period of project is set up. Furthermore, the owner' s system efficiency claim model and the calculating steps of claim amount are brought up.
