摘要
目的:分析患者对医疗服务质量的满意度及其影响因素。方法:对某军队三级甲等医院3大科室的三种常见疾病患者进行问卷调查。结果:患者对医院的医疗服务质量总体满意度较高,影响患者满意度的主要是职业、受教育程度、医疗性质和住院经历等。结论:医院需要努力降低服务成本,并改善配套环境设施建设。
Objective: To analyze the patient's satisfaction and its factors. Methods: A survey by questionnaire of patient's satisfaction in one of the tertiary military hospital was implemented. The samples of patients were taken from the three sections' three most commonly disease in the hospital Resultsz it got a high mark on total medical quality satisfaction. The important factors which influenced satisfaction were vocation, education, medical character and inpatient experience. Conclusions: the hospital should decrease the cost and improve the environment facilities.
