摘要
目的总结实施护士分层次培训与考核的方法,分析评价培训与考核效果,了解影响考核合格的因素。方法对近5年各级护理人员分层次培训与考核结果以及影响考核合格的主要原因进行分析。结果各级护理人员的考核合格率呈逐年上升趋势,影响考核合格的主要原因中主观因素所占比例逐年下降。结论通过对护理人员实施分层次培训与考核,发挥了正确的导向作用,提高了护理人员的综合素质和人员管理的有效性。
Objective To summarize the method of multi - level training and assessment of nurses, to evaluate the effect and analyze the factors influencing the result of assessment. Method To analyze the result of multi - level training and assessment of nursing staff and the influential factors in the recent 5 years. Result The qualified rate in the assessment increased and the subjective influential factors decreased year by year. Conclusion The practice of multi - level training and assessment improved nurses' comprehensive quality and efficiency of nursing management.
