摘要 目的坚持以人为本的服务理念,提高护理服务质量。方法从手术室环境、工作流程、围手术期护理、病人的保暖、安全护理等方面不断提高服务质量。结果提高了医务人员的工作积极性及工作效率;病人对访视满意率达100%;自开展人性化服务5年来未因手术体位不当发生术后并发症和病人坠床事件;无交叉感染发生;无其他护理差错发生;医生对手术室护理工作满意率达100%。结论手术室实施人性化服务可以有效提高手术室的工作效率和护理质量。 Objective To reflect human - oriented service philosophy and improve the quality of nursing. Methods The quality of nursing in operation room was improved constantly by practicing humanity in overall arrangement,work flow,peri - operative care,patients' warming and safety. Results This practice improved nurses' working enthusiasm and efficiency,patients' satisfaction to peri -operative visit achieved to 100%. In the five years after the practice of humanistic nursing, there was no complication and falls from bed due to inappropriate position during operations, no hospital infection and other nursing error occurred as well. The doctors' satisfaction to nursing work achieved to 100%. Conclusion The practice of humanistic service could effectively improve the efficiency and quality of nursing in operation room.
