摘要 目的塑造“好妈妈俱乐部”护理品牌,实现特色的人性化服务。方法在产科病房设俱乐部主场,内容包括:产妇学校、产后健身班、新生儿游泳、新生儿抚触等。在产科门诊、产房等设分场,内容包括孕妇学校、音乐胎教、导乐陪伴分娩等。以娱乐的方式向孕产妇传授优生、优育、优教及自我保健知识和技能。结果护士综合素质和产妇满意度均提高。结论塑造“好妈妈俱乐部”护理品牌,拓展护理服务,满足产妇需求,收到良好的社会效益和经济效益。 Objective To set up a nursing service brand of "good mummy club" and realize characteristic humanistic service. Method The main club lies in obstetric ward including the programs of maternity school, postpartum gymnastics class, neonatal swimming, neonatal massage, and so on. While other clubs locate in obstetric clinic and delivery room, including the programs of pregnant school, music fetus education and accompanying delivery, which provide patients with health knowledge and skills related to high - quality childbirth and nurture by the means of recreation. Result This practice raised patients' satisfaction and improved nurses' general quality. Conclusion Setting up the nursing brand of "good mummy" club could broaden the scope of nursing service and satisfy patients' needs,which achieved favorable social and economic benefit.
