一种快速和实用的对支架置入血管段的组织学切片制备方法

摘要 对硬组织切片技术进行改进,获得了一种快速而实用的对支架置入后器官组织切片制备的方法,这种方法制备的切片能完整的保留置入支架与组织,充分获得置入物与组织界面反应的信息。染色和免疫组织化学等病理分析能成功的在制备的切片上开展,为评价各种血管支架质量好坏和研究支架置入后血管再狭窄机理打下基础。 A practical and rapid method improving the hard-tissue slicing technology was developed to study vascular pathology after implantation of stents. This method allowed for detailed analysis of the tissue in general, hut especially of the stent-tissue interface. After slicing the routine and special histological stainings were performed successfully. This method could he applied to study the mechanism of in-stent restenosis and evaluate the hiocompatihility of blood stent.
