摘要 厨房垃圾易于酸化,为了提高酸化的缓冲能力,对带有消化液循环的两阶段间歇、湿法厌氧消化处理厨房垃圾工艺的稳定性和可操作性进行了研究.实验的运行效果良好,解决了pH的稳定性问题,稳定运行长达100多天.酸化相的酸化率达到了每克TS产生1 197.1 mgVFA,TS的去除率达到了72.26%,甲烷相的产气量平均为每克TS产生0.29 L气体.用第二相消化液的出水来调节pH值取得了满意的结果,没有氨中毒现象的发生. In order to improve the buffering capacity, the stability and operational performance of two-stage, batch and wet anaerobic digestion with liquor recycle were studied using a mixture of kitchen wastes as the digestion suhstrate. The experiment is effective and the value of pH is stable for over 100 days without any requirement for pH control. An acidification efficiency of about 1 197.1 mg VFA from per gram TS and 72.26% TS removal rate were attained in the acidification reactor. About 0.29 L biogas yield from per gram TS was achieved in the methanogenic reactor. The use of the second stage digester effluent to improve pH in the acidogenie reactor was satisfactory and no result of accumulation of ammonia toxicity was observed.
