细胞移植与颅脑创伤 被引量:2

摘要 颅脑创伤是人类的公害之一,尤其在工业化国家中,已成为威胁公众健康的严峻问题,因此受到世界各国医学界的普遍重视。在过去的几十年中,进行了大量的动物实验和临床研究,对颅脑创伤后的病理生理学、生物化学以及分子、基因层次的变化均有了较深刻的认识,促使人们努力研发各种神经保护药物,主要集中在预防和治疗脑创伤后继发性脑损害的发生和发展、减轻脑功能缺损及其后遗症方面。然而,直到今天仍然没有找到能成功地应用于临床的理想的药物。
