摘要
本文通过对无限极口服液中草药提取浓缩液的研究,优选了无菌预分装工艺,确定了以下工艺条件:在提取液中添加0.15%黄原胶-果胶(4:6)做为增稠稳定剂、采用均质和超高温瞬时杀菌技术(即UHT杀菌技术),确保中草药提取浓缩液在长时间保存期内的物理稳定性和微生物稳定性,达到可集中提取和长时间保存的目的。
The intention of this test was to guarantee the stability of Chinese herbal extracted (in Infinitus health product) during long time preservation in order to centralized extraction and prolonging shelf-life. To select prepackage technology that includes (1) Adding 0.15% Xanthan gum-pectin (4:6) to extracted as thickening agents and stabilizing agents; (2) Adopting homogenization and ultra-high-temperature sterilization (UHT) by doing research on Chinese herbal extracted of Infinitus health product. As a consequence that the centralized extraction and prolonging shelf-life could be realized by selected technology.
