摘要
基于稀磷酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化猩红3B的褪色反应,建立测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。方法检出限为1.36×10-3μg/mL,线性范围为0.012—0.080μg/mL,回收率为98.8%—101.0%。方法已用于水中亚硝酸根的测定,结果令人满意。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace nitrite was developed based on the catalytic effect of NO2^- to the oxidation of scarlet 3B by potassium bromate in H3PO4 medium. The detection limit is 1.36 × 10^-3μg/mL in the linear range of 0. 012-0. 080μg/mL with the recoveries between 98. 8%-101.0%, The method was applied to direct determination of nitrite in water with satisfactory results.
