核磁共振法测定奥扎格雷钠含量

Determination of Sodium Ozagrel by NMR

利用核磁共振波谱技术对国家级新药奥扎格雷钠的测定可行性进行了研究,建立了用非待测物为内标的定量测定奥扎格雷钠含量的方法。方法的线性回归系数为0.9986,稳定性试验RSD平均值为0.32%,重复性试验RSD平均值为0.27%,与常规的奥扎格雷钠测定方法相比,本方法具有快速、简单、准确、不破坏样品等优点。

Sodium ozagrel was studied and determined by NMR with the internal standard methanol. The linear regression coefficient of the method is 0. 9986 with the average RSD of 0. 32% for stability and 0.27 % for reproducibility. Compared with the routine method ,this method is quick, simple,accurate and not destructive to sample.
