摘要
基于碱性介质中敌百虫增强鲁米诺-H2O2体系发光的研究,建立了测定敌百虫的流动注射化学发光分析方法。该法测定敌百虫的线性范围为1.0×10-8—1.0×10-5g/mL,根据IUPAC建议计算出检出限为3.2×10-9g/mL,相对标准偏差为1.10%(1.0×10-7g/mL的敌百虫,n=11)。对蔬菜中的敌百虫进行固相萃取,有效地除去蔬菜中的干扰物质,并对蔬菜样进行加标测定,回收率范围在88.5%—92.6%之间,结果令人满意。
A new chemiluminescence (CL) system for the determination of trichlorfon based on the enhancement of chemiluminescence of luminol-hydrogen peroxide in basic medium by flow injection analysis has been established. Under the optimized condition, trichlorfon was linear by plotting the peak high against the analyte concentration over the ranges from 1.0× 10^-8-1.0× 10^-5 g/mL with the detection limit of 3.2 × 10^-9g/mL. The relative standard deviation was 1.10% for the determination of 1.0 × 10^-7g/mL trichlorfon (n = 11). The method was reliable accurate and very suitable for the determination of trichlorfon in vegetables with a solid phase extraction technique and the recovery was 88.5%-92.6%.
