以3mol/LHCl为介质,利用荧光光度计检测PbCl24-的荧光强度,建立了测定蔬果类罐头食品中微量铅的新方法,该方法的检出限为8.8μg/mL,回收率为;97.0%。
In the experiment, 3mol/L HCI taken as the medium, and the fluorometer used to determine the fluoresscence intensity of PbCI4^2-. A new fluorimetric method for determination of trace lead in the vegetable and fruit cans is established. The detection limit is 8.8μg/mL, and the recovery is 97. 0%.
