桡骨小头粉碎性骨折AO空心钛螺钉内固定疗效分析 被引量:8

Treatment of comminuted radial head fracture with AO cannulated titanium screw:an outcome study

摘要 目的研究AO空心钛螺钉对桡骨小头粉碎性骨折的治疗方法和效果。方法 10例病人应用AO空心钛螺钉对桡骨小头粉碎性骨折患者行急诊或限期切开复位内固定,并进行早期功能康复。结果术后随访10-12个月,按Steinberg的主观结果评定方法:优7例,良2例,优良率为90%。骨愈合时间为24周。结论用AO空心钛螺钉对桡骨小头粉碎性骨折作内固定,具有复位满意,固定可靠,易操作,方法简便,利于早期进行功能康复等优点。 Objective To investigate the treatment method and outcome for radial head using AO cannulated titanium screw fixation. Methods 10 cases of comminuted fracture of the radial head were treated by open reduction and internal fixation using AO cannulated titanium screw. Postoperative rehabilitation and movement of the joint started early. Results The follow-up period ranged from 10 to 12 months. According to Steinberg grading, excellent results were achieved in 7 cases and good in 2 cases. The excellent and good rate was 90%. Average fracture healing time was 24 weeks. Conchusion Open reduction and internal fixation using AO cannulated titanium screw is an effective way for treatment of comminuted fractures of the radial head. Advantages include satisfied reduction, reliable fixation, easy operation and early rehabilitation.
