燃煤烟气中汞在活性炭上的吸附特性 被引量:23

摘要 在小型燃煤烟气汞脱除试验台上,用模拟烟气研究了活性炭对汞吸附性能的影响因素。试验结果表明,随着吸附反应温度的升高,汞的穿透率显著增加,随着碳汞比值的增加,汞的穿透率降低,氧的存在可以提高活性炭吸附汞的能力,二氧化碳的存在会导致吸附效率的下降,一氧化氮的存在对活性炭吸附性能的影响不明显。 Base on a small scale coal -fired flue gas mercury removing test rig, activated carbon influenced factors to mercury adsorption features was researched with simulated flue gas. The test results showed that with the adsorption reaction temperature increased, the mercury penetration rate would be obviously increased and with the carbon and mercury ratio increased, the mercury penetration rate would be decreased. The oxygen present can improve the mercury adsorption capacity of the activated carbon. Carbon dioxide present will cause the decrease of adsorption efficiency and carbon monoxide present will not have obvious influence to the adsorption features of the activated carbon.
