Pharmacoeconomic evaluation in drug clinical trials

药物经济评价的快速发展源于社会对有效利用药物资源的迫切需求。随着在临床试验中进行平行药物经济评价经验的增加,探索在临床试验中收集药物经济评价数据的优缺点,为进行药物经济评价寻找最佳收集数据的试验条件具有重要意义。现回顾和综述前人收集药物经济评价数据中存在的问题,总结在临床试验中进行药物经济评价的经验,为合理的药物经济数据收集条件提出建议。

Studies of pharmacoeconomic evaluation are conducted in accordance with the specific needs of the optimal use of drug scarce resources to help minimise costs and maximise benefits. These studies used clinical trial data not only to develop appropriate models to determine clinical outcomes and costs in hypothetical cohorts of patients, but also to gather actionable data to help develop and promote optimal clinical trials. This article reviews pro and con of pharmoeconomics used for data collections in clinical trials. The strategies of pharmaeconomics in the data collections were discussed.
