痛痹膏加扶他林片治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical research on the clinical effect of Tong Bi cream plus voltaren tablets for osteoarthritis of the knee

目的:观察痛痹膏加扶他林片治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效。方法:将90名膝OA患者运用Microsoft Excel中的RAND程序生成法随机分为三组,分别为:A组.痛痹膏外敷组;B组痛痹膏加扶他林缓释片组;C组扶他林缓释片组。每组各30例患者,疗程为15天。结果:A组总有效率明显优于C组,B组总有效率明显优于C组(P<0.01。结论:.痛痹膏外敷治疗膝OA疗效优于扶他林缓释片口服组,痛痹膏加扶他林缓释片疗效优于单用扶他林缓释片口服组,痛痹膏外敷加扶他林缓释片口服优于单用痛痹膏。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of TongBi cream plus voltaren tablets. Methods：60 OA patients were randomly divided into two groups： TongBi cream group（ A group） and TongBi cream plus voltaren tablets group（ B group）. 30 OA patients were in the voltaren tablets group（C group）. Results：After 15 days treatment, the total effective rate in A group was superior to C group significantly, the same result was found between B group and C group. Conclusions：Combination of TongBi cream and voltaren tablets could improve the clinical effect of the OA patients.
