不同类型子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中bcl-2和bax基因表达的研究

Research on bcl-2 and bax gene expression in gland epithelial cells of various endometriums

目的:探讨bcl-2、bax在不同类型子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化检测子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中二指标的表达。结果:从单纯性、复杂性到不典型增生,bcl-2和bax的表达评分均有逐渐增多的趋势,不典型增生与前二者相比差异均有统计学意义,P<0·01。在内膜样腺癌中,随着分化程度的降低、分期的增加,bcl-2表达评分下降。随着分化程度的降低bax的表达逐渐降低;随着浸润深度的增加bax表达逐渐增加。在增生期和分泌期bcl-2和bax的表达无负相关,但在内膜样腺癌组织中bcl-2表达与bax呈正相关。结论:bcl-2和bax参与了癌前病变的发生,bcl-2、bax表达水平在一定程度上反映了内膜样腺癌的生物学行为。bcl-2和bax在增生期和分泌期内膜变化中的相互作用关系不大,但二者共同作用参与了内膜样腺癌的发生与发展。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the expression of bcl-2 and hax in the gland epithelial cells of various endometriums. METHODS： The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the bcl-2 and hax expression in various endometriums. RESULTS： bcl-2 and hax became increasing from simple hyperplasia （SH）, complex hyperplasia（CH） to atypical hyperplasia （AH）. bcl-2 and hax were higher in AH than in SH and CH, and the differences were significant, P〈0. 01. In the endometrioid adenocarcinoma （EAC）, bcl-2 expression were associated with the differentiation grades （DG） and surgical pathological stages. As for hax, poorer of DG, shorter of hax expression; more deeper of myometrial invasion, more of bax expression, bcl-2 expression had no negative correlation with hax, but there were positive correlations between expression of bcl-2 and bax in EAC. CONCLUSIONS：bcl-2 and hax may participate in the origin of precancerous lesions to a certain extent, bcl-2 and bax expression may reflect the DG and biological behavior. They could be important parameters for the prognosis of patients, and bcl-2 and bax may jointly put important role in the development of EAC.
