保乳治疗乳腺癌41例临床分析
摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌保乳治疗的方法及近期疗效。方法对41例Ⅰ～Ⅱ期乳腺癌施行乳腺象限切除及腋窝淋巴结清扫术，术后常规全乳放射；全身化疗、内分泌治疗等辅助治疗措施同一般乳腺癌治疗。结果无同侧乳腺局部复发，1例术后出现腋窝淋巴结复发；乳房外形满意。结论Ⅰ～Ⅱ期乳腺癌保乳治疗可获得满意的近期疗效，远期疗效有待长期随访。
