Face Thinning Technique of Buccal Fat Lining Aspiration Combined with Multi-point Musculus Masseter Injection of Type A Botulinum Toxin

目的：探讨一种治疗下颌骨无明显肥大的胖圆脸的微创瘦脸方法.方法：采用A型肉毒毒素定点定量向肥大的咬肌内注射,使咬肌均匀萎缩变薄;同时经口内入路吸除双侧颊脂垫.结果：临床治疗49例一月后均能获得良好的瘦面效果,经6～18个月的随访,效果稳定.结论：A型肉毒毒素咬肌多点注射联合颊脂垫吸除瘦脸术,具有操作简单、创伤较轻、恢复较快、安全有效等特点,比单一的治疗方法效果更好、更稳定.

Objective To explore a microinvasive face thinning to treat fat without significant overgrowth of lower jaw bone. Methods Adopt type A botulinum toxin to inject in hypertrophy musculus masseter at fixed points and quantity, making musculus masseter atrophic and thinning evenly; Meanwhile, aspirate buccal fat lining of both cheeks through oral route. Results 49 clinical cases got satisfactory face thinning results after 1 month treatment. Following up for 6 - 18 months shows that the effect is stable. Conclusion Face thinning technique of buccal fat lining aspiration combined with multipoint musculus masseter injection of type A botulinum toxin is simple to operate, mild in injury, quick in recovery, safe and effective, it is better and more stable than single treatment.
