某综合性医院口服降血糖药物6年使用频度分析

A Frequency Analysis of Blood Sugar Declining Through 6-year Medicine-taking Process in Fengcheng' People Hospital

目的：了解基层综合性医院口服降血糖药物的应用情况,为临床合理使用药物及药品的采购供应提供参考.方法：从某医院信息管理系统中调出6年（1998年～2003年）所有口服降血糖药的出库数量和零售.金额,设定日限定剂量（DDD值）并计算出用药人次（DDDs）,通过各药物的DDDs排序及金额排序等进行口服降血糖药临床应用情况分析.结果：2002年和2003年该院口服降血糖药DDDs排前3位的均是格列本脲、二甲双胍和苯乙双胍.6年中,DDDs一直增加的是二甲双胍、阿卡波糖,而甲磺丁脲则呈下降趋势.格列本脲、苯乙双胍、格列齐特2003年的DDDs下降.新的口服降血糖药的临床应用正在上升但还有待开发.结论：该院口服降血糖药的使用基本合理.糖尿病病人、口服降血糖药品种和数量以及零售金额均有增加趋势.

Purpose： To investigate the situation of the blood sugar declining by medicine - taking process in the local comprehensive hospital in order to offer information for the clinical reasonable use of medicines and drug purchases.Method： The infomation of the quantity of the blood sugar declining medicine used and the value of the medicine sold in the past 6 years was drawn out from the information center of the bospital.The DDD was established and the DDDs was determined.The situation of the use of the blood sugar declining medicine was analyzed by of sequencing the DDDs and sold values of the medicine.Result： The clinical application of the new mouth- taking blood sugar declining medicine has been enlarged and has a prospect of improvement.Conclusion： Generally speaking, the mouth- taking blood sugar declining medicine has been reasonably used in the hospital.Diabetes patients, variety and amount of the mouth - taking blood sugar declining medicines take on an increasing trend.
