By using documents, interview, method of questionnaires, in view of the question of competitive aerobics athlete＇s expression force, this thesis seeks the elements of influencing competitive aerobics athlete＇s expression force in the match, sums up the means and ways of training and improving expression force so as to provide assistance for the training and match of competitive aerobics, and then improve match result.
