摘要
目的调查门诊老年患者的焦虑状况,分析其影响因素。方法对门诊971例老年患者进行问卷调查,用Zung焦虑自评量表进行评估。比较不同性别、年龄、文化程度、医护满意度及对疾病了解程度对患者焦虑水平的影响。结果女性患者焦虑程度高于男性(P<0.01);71～80岁及81岁以上年龄段患者的焦虑分值高于52～70岁(P<0.01);文化程度愈高,焦虑分值愈高(P<0.01);对疾病了解程度少,焦虑分值高(P<0.05);对医护工作不满意程度,焦虑分值高(P<0.05)。结论性别、年龄、文化程度、医护满意度及对疾病了解程度均影响患者就诊时的焦虑水平。
Objective To investigate the anxiety and its interrelated factors of elderly outpatients. Methods Zung self-rating anxiety scale was used to evaluate 971 elderly outpatients, the scores between different sex, age, degree of education, etc. were compared. Results The scores may become significantly different with the patients＇ sex, age, degree of education, satisfaction in regards to medical service and recognition of the disease （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Factors such as sex, age, degree of education, satisfaction of medical service, etc, deeply affect the anxiety in elderly outpatients.
