Operation revenue should be no less than 50 million but no more than 1 billion yuan in 2005. 100 experts and industry insiders were invited to form a judge commission to rate the candidate companies according to five benchmarks, namely the current market position of the candidate comparing with peer companies, the internal management and capital operation, the growth potential of the company, the innovation ability in technology, marketing and corporate governance and the potential of becoming an leader in terms of technology innovation and marketing. 43 candidates replied our survey and 49 valid judge reports were received till May 10th, 2006.
