人工血管在大血管受侵犯的软组织肉瘤治疗中的应用

The application of vascular prosthesis in the major vessels invaded by soft tissue sarcoma

目的探讨大血管受侵犯的软组织肉瘤处理方法,以提高肿瘤的切除率和术后生存率。方法对2003年5月～2004年6月的4例累及重要血管的软组织肉瘤进行屏障切除及人工血管重建,并在术后随访观察血管通畅及肿瘤复发情况。结果置换的4例共6条人工血管术后3周均畅通,随访6～15个月,血管通畅率为83%,未见肿瘤复发。结论对于大血管受侵犯的软组织肉瘤患者进行屏障切除合并人工血管移植方法安全,能明显降低复发率,延长存活时间。

Objective To explore the treatment of sarcomas to improve the patient survival time. Methods 4 major vessels which were invaded by soft tissue patients underwent soft tissue sarcoma resection and artificial vessel implantation. The graft survival time and tumor recurrence were followed up. Results Tumors were resected in 4 patients and 6 vascular prosthesis were implanted, all the vessels worked well 3 weeks after operation. All the patients were followed up for 6-15 months, the vessels patency rate was 83%, no tumor recurrence was found. Conclusions For the soft tissue sarcoma patients with major vessels involvement, the tumor resection with artificial vessel implantation is a good choice and this method could depress recurrence and improve the patient＇s survival time.
